Meet Our Pastor

Pastor Tyler Gillit

Pastor Tyler Gillit was born and raised in Midland, Texas. He was called to be the pastor at Worth in January 2016 after serving on staff for eight years. During his time on staff, he was the Youth Director, founder of the WBC chapter of Reformers Unanimous, Associate Pastor, and developed the short-term missions program.

He graduated from a Christian high school in 2001. He graduated with a Bachelor of Biblical Studies Degree from The Crown College (Powell, Tennessee) in 2006 and with a Master of Ministries Degree from Crown Seminary in 2007. Tyler and Tori were married in 2006 and they have two children, Will and Anna.

Pastor Gillit is passionate about expository preaching and making disciples in Fort Worth and around the world.
